Originally staring as an urban planning project the class later developed a mixed use building with an apartment complex on top.

As a prelude to designing the apartment complex, each member of the class designed an Urban Site Plan based in Washington D.C.
A Site Plan was then picked then each student choose a building mass from the plan and designed it.
